Clarkston
Isayah Harris (2021, 6’2″, G)
Connor McKouen (2021, 6’4″, F)
Cole Wilson (2021, 5’11”, G)
It’s easy to see why Clarkston is a basketball powerhouse in Michigan. Harris is an athletic guard that can create on offense and takes pride in his D. Wilson is a steady ball handler and has a nice looking stroke from deep. McKouen is a smooth wing that can score from multiple levels.
Croswell-Lexington
Trey Kolakovich (2023, 5’9″, G)
Zachary Kroetsch (2023, 5’10”, G)
Donovan McDonald (2023, 6’4″, F)
Croswell-Lexington has a solid core of freshmen to build the future of their program around. Kolakovich and Kroetsch provide perimeter skills while McDonald adds height and rebounding.
East Lansing
Ethan Dunn (2022, 6’10”, C)
David Wilkerson (2021, 6’1″, G)
Watch out for East Lansing next season. There is a lot of talent there, and these 2 will both play key roles. Dunn is one of the top young post prospects in Michigan. Wilkerson is an underrated floor general that can also effectively play off the ball.
Grand Ledge
David Rivera (2021, 6’0″, G)
Teddy Williams (2023, 6’5″, F)
Rivera will be a key cog in the Grand Ledge backcourt next season. Williams has the size and footwork to be a high level prospect for years to come.
Lake Leelanau St. Mary’s
Dylan Barnowski (2023, 5’10”, G)
Shawn Bramer (2023, 6’1, G)
August Schaub (2023, 5’10”, G)
Lake Leelanau St. Mary’s showed off a really strong freshman class at the Top 250. Barnowski and Schaub have skill sets that should play nicely off of each other. Bramer adds a little more height and a lot of toughness.
Lake Orion
Alden Ritt (2022, 6’5″, F)
Cameron Sutton (2020, 5’10”, G)
Lake Orion had 2 very solid prospects at the Top 250. Sutton will provide scoring and leadership on the perimeter. Ritt is a versatile forward with a high ceiling.
Monroe
Gabe Johnson (2020, 6’1″, G)
Xander Middleton (2022, 6’3″, G)
Monroe appears to be a team trending upward in the SEC Red. Johnson is a skilled guard that will provide veteran leadership while Middleton will be a ranked prospect in the class of 2022 and a player to build around.
Port Huron
Ethan Balon (2021, 6’1″, G)
De’Ovion Price (2021, 6’1″, G)
Connor Rosenau (2023, 5’10”, G)
There seems to be a really strong vibe coming from the Port Huron High School gym these days. Balon is showing real potential as a backcourt mate to Price. Price is a gym rat and a floor general that’s trending upward on recruiting lists. Rosenau is a solid building block as a freshman.
