Paolo Banchero Takes an Important Visit
2021 6’10 PF Paolo Banchero is down to 10 schools (added Georgetown to his original 9 recently) and one of the biggest players in his recruitment had him on campus recently. Paolo took an official visit to Kentucky and attended their Big Blue Madness event with a host of other top prospects from around the country. Paolo is not expected to make a decision anytime soon, but reports say that Paolo really enjoyed himself at Kentucky and many believe they are high on his list. Coach Calipari also made a strong push for 2019 Jaden McDaniels, who eventually signed with Washington.
Rainier Beach’s John Hart Visits Pac-12 School
2020 6’3 G John Hart has been on a bit of a visit spree and most recently hit up Oregon State and attended a home football game. John is one of the state’s most explosive athletes and had been flying under the radar recruiting wise, but his following has surely grown since the summer.
Adam Parker Picks Up Offer Number 1
2020 6’5 SG Adam Parker had a really strong junior year for Mercer Island and has now secured his first college offer. Dominican University offered the senior while on a visit to the Division 2 California school. Adam figures to have a huge senior year for the Islanders. More news on Adam’s recruitment to follow.
Kyson Rose Announces Commitment
2020 6’8 C Kyson Rose is officially off the board. I had the opportunity to scout Kyson this summer and walked away impressed with his ability and obviously, so did some colleges. Kyson announced his verbal commitment to Central Washington University this weekend. Be on the lookout for a commitment article detailing more about this decision.
