Zeke Mayo, 6’4, G, 2021, Lawrence
An elite prospect in the state who has great ball handling skills and athleticism which allow him to break down opponents and get to the basket and finish around the rim. he is a good 3-point shooter and has a soft touch to both his shooting and passes when he’s in the zone. Mayo has picked up offers from South Dakota State, Northern Colorado and North Alabama.
Mozae Downing, 6’3, PG, 2022, Free State
A point guard on the rise who brings terrific size and solid awareness on both sides of the ball. He had a strong outing last season and showed promise as a long defender who can create problems for shorter guards. He can pass well and has good handles and a high IQ.
Preston Reynolds, 6’4, G, 2021, Shawnee Mission East
A smart player who can connect from the free throw line and around the basket. He stays after plays and looks to contribute wherever he can. He brings great size to the guard position and shows a knack for his play off the ball as much as his play with the ball in his hands.
Jack Webb, 6’1, G, 2021, Shawnee Mission South
Webb is a smooth perimeter shooter who can handle the ball and find his stroke. He uses screens well and can run off the ball and then catch and shoot quickly. He showcased terrific form, rotation and a repeatable shooting stroke throughout the summer, and we were impressed with the effort he showed and the potential in his overall game. He works hard and looks to improve.
