Brett Breedlove, 6’0, G, 2020, Eudora
Breedlove is a terrific outside shooter who can knock down open 3-pointers and shows a smooth, repeatable shooting stroke. He works hard off the ball and can come off screens and free himself for open shots and brings some toughness to the floor. Breedlove battles at the defensive end of the court and can surprise opponents with a key offensive rebound or a steal on the perimeter.
Jayson Brown, 6’0, G, 2020, Ottawa
A good guard option for Ottawa who can handle the ball and get to the basket and score. He makes plays for those around him but is good at slashing to the basket and scoring around contact. He can connect from a distance and looks to apply pressure as a defender.
Ethan Byers, 6’2, G, 2020, Bonner Springs
Also a WR who can come up big with impressive catches, Byers is a well-built option who can create and make solid moves off the ball. He brings good height to the floor at 6’2 and shows a lot of strength and versatility as a defender. He can knock down shots and looks good in transition.
Lamont Hill, 6’1, G, 2020, Paola
An athletic player for Paola who has good length and shows the ability to get inside and make plays on both ends of the floor. He has quick feet and is smart in transition. He can shoot well and can use his athleticism to block shots and score floaters inside.
Noah McCullough, 6’1, G, 2022, Ottawa
McCullough had some bright moments for the Ottawa varsity as a freshman last season showing a high basketball IQ, good athleticism and a well-rounded and versatile skill set for a youngster. He can handle the ball on the perimeter, is quick enough to get to the basket and shows the ability to finish tough chances in traffic. He is tough in the open floor where he has a knack for finishing in transition.
Noah Watkins, 6’1, G, 2020, Eudora
Watkins can operate as a scoring guard or a ball handler and creator. He has good size at 6’1 and shows good length and versatility. He outworks his opponents and cna get a hand of the ball and make smart passes and good decisions with the ball.
