For years Vegas has had a ton of players that went on to make a name for themselves at the college and pro level. I can vividly remember watching the NCAA tournament and seeing a Pierre Jackson, Zach Collins or PJ Savoy have a break out game, only to find out that they begin their prep careers right here in Las Vegas. Perhaps no team epitomizes under the radar talent more than the High School that shares the cities name. In recent years, Las Vegas High has produced former McDonald’s AA Ray Smith, the aforementioned Savoy and current Colorado Buff star Tyler Bey. That’s a ton of high level talent for a program that annually flies under the radar. However in speaking with HC Jason Wilson, I get the feeling that that’s just the way he likes
