Some of the alumni from this event have moved on to play at the next level so fans can get a good opportunity and some future college talent. Let’s take a look at a few of the players that will be in the building for this event.
Millbrook 2021 Forward Will Felton: One of the leading rebounders in the state, Felton has continued to pick up interest and offers over the last few months. He doesn’t try to do too much offensively and is extremely efficient with the touches he gets. Elon, High Point, and App State have already offered with numerous other programs showing high interest.
Apex HS 2020 Forward Nick Farrar: The NC state commit will be one of the higher rated prospects that will be in the building and will be one of the players that will look to defend their high rating. Farrar was one of the highest stock risers over the summer and is a Forward that can do multiple things on the court. Scoring and rebounding are what he does well as he can bang inside the paint or step on the perimeter and make plays.
Garner 2022 Forward Asa White: The 6’8 Forward is a player that HM programs have been tracking for a while now and it doesn’t take long to realize why. He has wing skills and a long wingspan that allows him to affect plays on both ends of the floor. One of the attributes that gets overlooked about him is his ability to crash and finish plays on the offensive boards.
Southern Durham 2020 Guard Ricky Council IV: One of the better wings in the state, Council is a high flyer that uses his athletic ability to make plays on both ends of the floor. At 6’5 with a long wingspan, he’s a player that passes the eye test almost immediately and colleges have taken notice as he holds double digit offers.
The Sleeper prospect that could turn some heads is Lumberton 2021 Guard Charlie Miller. We have seen him numerous times over the last few years and he has impressed. His ability to shoot the ball and high IQ for the game are things that you have to be impressed with. With the Pirates losing some players at the Guard spot, he should see some increased time this year.
