The Great Lakes Region continues to produce outstanding basketball talent and today we look at the best available players in that five state area.
One. Isaiah Jackson of Michigan. Jackson is a top 20 level talent nationally from Waterford, Michigan that has narrowed his list down to Kentucky, Alabama, and Syracuse. Jackson visits Alabama next weekend.
Two. Adam Miller of Illinois. Six-foot-3 guard Adam Miller named a top six of Arizona, Kansas, Wake Forest, Illinois, Louisville, and Arizona State. Miller visited Illinois a few weekends ago.
Three. Keshawn Williams of Illinois. Williams is a 6-foot-2 combo guard from Illinois that has visited Tulsa and Colorado State so far this fall. Williams is the third ranked player in the state of Illinois at the moment.
Four. John Hugley IV of Ohio. Hugley is a top 125 level talent nationally that will make his college decision a week from today. The 6-foot-9 center announced a final three of Kansas State, Pitt, and North Carolina State ten days ago.
Five. Desmond Polk of Indiana. Polk is a 6-foot-3 guard out of Wisconsin who is now at La Lumiere Academy in Indiana that is a top 200 level talent nationally looking to have a big winter.
Tyler BeardSix. Tyler Beard of Illinois. Beard is a 6-foot-2 guard from Illinois that accumulated some quality options over the years and is one of the best attacking guards that’s available.
Seven. Mo Njie of Ohio. A 6-foot-9 post with a massive wingspan with a most recent offer from Illinois State plus previous offers from VCU, Dayton, and Providence. High potential player to watch.
Eight. Terrance Thompson of Wisconsin. A 6-foot-7 forward from La Crosse that has Duquesne, Southern Illinois, Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Green Bay, and Milwaukee in communication at this point.
Nine. Jeremiah Williams of Illinois. A versatile player at 6-foot-5 on the wing that can play make or score actively. Southern Illinois, Northern Iowa, and Akron were the last three schools to offer.
Ten. Tre Coleman of Indiana. Coleman is a 6-foot-5 wing that is one of the best shooters on this list. Coleman recently visited Nevada and has a long list of offers from several other programs, most recently from Monmouth, Mercer, Evansville, and Western Michigan.
