The Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo in California was a huge success with lots of legitimate college prospects on hand. Over 100 players made their way to Anaheim, CA to compete with some of the best talent the state has to offer. We decided to go ahead and create a list of the best individual performers from the weekend. Please note this is strictly based off of performance and not a ranking of the best prospects.

MVP: 2021 6’6 SF Grant Tull Grant Tull 6'6" | SF Gridley | 2021 State (Gridley HS) – In the end I went with Tull for his consistency. He was dominant in every game I watched. The ease with which he scored his buckets will be the lasting memory for me. It felt like he never missed. Intriguing prospect who is poised to put his name on the map this season.

1st Team:

2021 6’2 SG Kenneth Simpson JR (Chaminade HS) – One of the best defenders I’ve seen in person. Easily could have been my MVP. He attacks at both ends. Showed off great athleticism. Simpson was able to use his strength speed and quickness to get to the rim with ease.
