Our updated player rankings released earlier this week, starting with the rising seniors. We’ve seen a good amount of them already make their pledges to their future college teams, but there are still many who remained unsigned.

Nevertheless, rankings continue and for this series, I’ll be taking a look at the Baltimore wings and forwards who were featured in the top 50.

Justin Lewis | 6'8 | Poly/Team Melo

Ranking: No. 2

Lewis brings a unique combination of a hardhat mentality to go with a polished skill set. Together, it makes for an exciting player that was being courted nationally by high major programs. Lewis made his commitment to Marquette and will play in the Big East next season, but first will look to bring Poly its third-straight title since he transferred in his sophomore season. Comparing Lewis as a player from that time to now is night and day. The 6-foot-8 forward is now a legitimate shot and play maker from the perimeter. As said earlier though, he isn't afraid to make the small plays that may not show up on the stat sheet, but are monumental in winning games.
