2021 Jamarii Thomas, Point Guard, Piedmont Classical
Jamarii Thomas was back in action in the Triad Fall League and wasn’t donning the knee brace he wore for much of the summer. He’s moving better than ever and made things happen every time he touched the ball for his squad. He flew to the rim and made nifty passes in his team’s victory on Saturday. He continues to impress the more I see him play.

Eric Wilesu did a little bit of everything for BCBA Select in their victory. He knocked down 3-pointers and got to the rim when necessary. His biggest asset was fighting down low for rebounds, which made him really stand out. He’s got nice size at 6-foot-2 that allows him to play either guard spot and uses it well in the paint.

2021 Tyriek Leach, Point Guard, R.J. Reynolds
Tyriek Leach is a pure point guard with tight handles and shifty moves that allowed him to break down the defense and make plays for others. He’s got a high IQ for getting to the paint and making things happen. His feel for everybody on the floor stood out the most.
