Summer Roundup: Stock Risers (2021)

Prep Hoops takes a look at several of the state’s top performers throughout the spring and summer.

 

12-Ian Comer, 6’1, G, 2022, Mulvane, Attack

A spot-up shooter who can play the scoring guard or fill out the wing. He doesn’t handle the ball much but he contribute whenever he’s on the floor. He can find his rhythm from deep and plays well with his team. He plays up on the post and doesn’t complain when he’s forced to defend a taller, seasoned forward.

15-Carson Brading, 5’10, G, 2021, Topeka, Kansas Hoggs

Brading is a solid shooter and ball handler. He can create his own shot and is good at creating wide open looks for others as well. He has the speed needed to play up-and-down ball and can light things up from behind the line.

3-Trey Abasolo, 6’0, 2021, Mulvane, Attack

Abasolo is a good ball handler and a smooth player overall. He values the midrange area and can connect on shots left and right. He hustles on defense and looks to push the tempo and get the ball in the hands of a
