Javaris Moye (Trinity Catholic – 2023)
Moye is a young point guard that was intriguing. He is smaller, but has long arms and projectability to grow. Quick off the bounce and got to the foul line. Flashy passer that has a feel for the game. Range on his shot out to beyond the three point arc.
Rashad Weekly-McDaniels (Trinity Catholic – 2020)
Weekly-McDaniels is a commit to Central Michigan. The big bodied guard is an excellent passer that shines with the way he dishes the rock. Threw several bullet passes for assists in the game we saw. Power guard that plays with strength.
David Roberts (Hazelwood Central – 2020)
Roberts can flat out go! The powerful combo guard pushed the tempo all day and drove in the lane with power over and over again. Burst with the ball through traffic. Rebounds very well in traffic. Really good passer that makes sound decisions with the ball.
Nate Garrett (Hazelwood Central – 2020)
Garrett is a rangy wing that can score from all three levels. The senior two guard is a high level shooter being able to bomb in threes while also using his explosive first step to get to the rim with ease. Such an effortless scorer that will put up big numbers this season!
Ryan Kalkbrenner (Trinity Catholic – 2020)
The top prospect in the house was this seven footer. Kalkbrenner committed to Creighton on Sunday night after his play at the Jets Fall League. He is an elite level shot blocker with his length and timing. Will definitely need to add strength moving forward to be most effective in the Big East. Offensively when motivated he runs the floor like a guard which allows him to get easy buckets. Finishes well in in the pick and roll game. Can stretch the floor out to three as well. Plays above the rim with ease. Bright future!
Marlon Owens (McCluer North – 2021)
Owens is a combo guard that can handle it and is quick with the ball in his hands. Decent passer as well.
Jonathan Dunn (Hazelwood Central – 2021)
Dunn had a monster 47 point performance in his second game of the day! The Hazelwood Central powerful forward has a strong build and was dominant around the hoop. He finished with strength through weaker defenders over and over. High level rebounder and also flashed some skill putting it on the deck and hitting a few jumpers. Very intriguing combo forward!
Cole Farrell (Hazelwood Central – 2021)
This wing is another big time scorer. Crisp pull up jump shooter that has a fluid offensive game. He is a smooth jump shooter that drilled pull ups and step back threes. Also used his athleticism on several big jams! Kid can really put the ball in the hoop!
Caleb Jones (Hazelwood Central – 2021)
Jones broke out in the last game of the day. The two guard was hot shooting from beyond the three point arc and got to the rim for finishes. Also threw down a couple impressive alley-oops.
Kenneth Patterson (Trinity Catholic – 2023)
First look at this well-built 2023 two guard. Definitely has scoring pop and knows how to shield the ball from defenders in the lane.
