When it came time to select the All Prep Hoops Circuit 17u Grind team, six-foot-6 wing Jayden Johnson of Fundamental U was a no-brainer pick as a first team selection.  Prep Hoops caught up with Jayden today.

Fundamental U played in a pair of Prep Hoops Circuit title games because they are a team that took care of the games they were supposed to win, defeated squads they were evenly matched with, and played better team basketball than those that had prospects with bigger recruits.  It is the culture of Fundamental U basketball.

"When you walk into a Fundamental U practice you can tell the culture we have," Jayden told Prep Hoops.  "My teammates are always joking around and then when it’s comes time to practice we put our heads down and get to work. Then, we look at the clock and it’s already time to end practice but we all want to go for longer. It’s helped me off the court 150 percent. This experience has helped me really value the time I have together with amazing people, who love the game as much as I do."

When culture is built it makes everybody better.  If you saw Jayden
