Solomon has acquired an impressive skill set. He’s able to do things at such a high level that it’s tough for coaches to take him off the floor. Lets start on the defensive end. He’s an in your face defender who uses quick feet and a low stance. Solomon can pressure the ball on the perimeter and create turnovers. He might be one of the best on ball defenders in the state. Solomon is equally aggressive on the offensive end. He attacks the rim off the dribble, where he finishes strong or pulls up for a mid range jumper. Solomon is an accurate and high percentage passer as well.
Trayale Solomon is focused on getting better and gaining experience. He is currently focused on improving his jumpshot. Solomon always wants to play against the top competition and the best players. He’s looking forward to a matchup with Orchard Lake St. Mary’s next high school season. That game will allow Solomon to test his game against one of the deepest and most skilled backcourts in Michigan.
The recruiting process has begun after an impressive grassroots season for Solomon. He’s received interest from schools such as Niagara, Bethune Cookman, and Ferris State. The young athlete brings a lot to the table for a team at the next level. Solomon will provide a program with an aggressive 2 way player that is able to finish at the rim.
Trayale Solomon is driven by his goals. On the court, he wants his Waterford Mott squad to win a state championship. Solomon also hopes to earn a college scholarship and play basketball at the next level. Off the court, he wants to remain focused on being a good person and always giving back.
Solomon is motivated to be great. Family is very important to him, so not surprisingly, he gets his motivation from his Mom and Grandmother. He’s on a successful path and Solomon appears headed towards greatness in all aspects of life.
