Devon Vanderheydt (Washington – 2021)
This Washington forward burst on the scene this summer with Peoria Area Elite. Versatile kid that can flat out shoot the basketball. One of the best floor spacers at the event.
Bryson Tatum (Urbana – 2020)
Tatum has been more of a driver throughout his career, but in his massive scoring outing we witnessed the senior wing actually shot the ball really well from mid-range and three.
Jayden Johnson (Batavia – 2020)
You knew Johnson was going to be on this list. The Batavia small forward is one of the premier snipers in the state. Elite three point shooter off the catch and pulling up.
Troy D’Amico (Niles Notre Dame – 2021)
D’Amico displayed his overall skilled game, but as one of my friends said “Does that D’Amico kid miss?” after he drilled three triples to open one game. With size for position and his shooting he has a very bright future.
Connor Barnett (Fulton – 2021)
Barnett is a kid that is a sleeper out of central Illinois. Plus shooter that has a crisp shot both pulling up and off the catch. Can run the point too.
Matthew Hawkins (Mount Carmel – 2021)
The Mt. Carmel power wing was outstanding shooting it from deep in one of the games we caught him!
Ante Acosta (Joliet Catholic – 2021)
Acosta drilled several DEEP triples at the PrepHoops Top 250 Camp.
Aidan Stephens (Downers Grove North – 2021)
Stephens really opened our eyes with his perimeter shooting. Good size at 6’3” and was money from three.
Mac Parmelee (Dunlap – 2021)
Crisp shot mechanics and his feathery jumper went in from beyond the arc over and over again!
