Kameron Goodrich Holy Family High School Class of 2022
Kam is a guard with excellent vision and great ball skills. He is the type of player who finds his teammates for assists but is also willing to finish at the rim with a smooth layup. His accuracy from mid and long-range is what helps to make his game so well-rounded. A very unselfish type of player, Kam is a high IQ guard who leads by example.
Antoni Smith Cheyenne Mountain High School Class of 2023
A quiet guard whose leadership is highlighted by his ability to be a team player. Antoni’s ability to help move the ball comes off of his understanding of open space on the court. He can find an open teammate for an assist or float one in at the rim. On defense, Antoni understands how to switch in a way that makes it difficult to set him up on a pick. His style of play is the type that makes everything easier for the others on his team.
Jaelyn Robinson Palmer High School Class of 2022
Jaelyn is a phenomenal young guard. He is a player who is very passionate about his craft which is easy to identify through his play. His defensive footwork mixed with his competitive mindset makes him a very difficult opponent to get around. Jaelyn’s high motor is what also helps him to drive his team in the right direction. Expect for him to manage to be in the right place at the right time on defense and offense. He is a vocal player whose vision enables him to selflessly move the ball to open teammates.
Xavier Harris Horizon High School Class of 2022
Xavier is truly an infectious player. His motor and pure athleticism make him a must-see talent. He has a presence that brings a different energy level to everyone on the court. Xavier has the type of drive that makes everyone around him play harder. His speed and work ethic make it seem like he’s in every spot at once, regardless of the side of the ball he is on. Mix all of that with his shot accuracy from range and fearlessness at the rim and you’ll end up with one of the best leaders in his class.
Anthony Harris Jr. Smoky Hill High School Class of 2022
This is the type of player that emits nothing less than showtime. Because of his playstyle, it’s expected for all eyes to be on him when he has the ball. What can easily be overlooked when it comes to Anthony is his understanding of his reputation. People expect for him to dunk on breaks, leaving his teammates open for uncontested shots. His opponents may not realize the open players, but he does. Anthony is absolutely capable of pulling of triple-doubles because he recognizes the flow of the game. He’s also the type of player whose teammates what to get an assist on his high-flying abilities. Anthony Harris Jr. is the needle mover that every team needs.
Jayson Lewis Smoky Hill High School Class of 2023
It should come as no shock that Jayson Lewis is on this list. This young guard is an absolute force on the court. It seems as if he is unfamiliar with anything less than 100 percent. His quickness makes him hard to defend and his athleticism makes him almost impossible to stop. Jayson’s vision provides him with the ability to find open teammates for precise catch and shoot opportunities. This young man’s style of play makes others want to follow his lead without hesitation.
Michael Karnisovas ThunderRidge High School Class of 2022
Every team needs a player who hustles harder than others and that player is Michael. His motor is one that helps to light a fire under his teammates. His hard-working ethic makes him a serious challenge for opponents. Michael’s refusal to back down from competition is an inspiration to the others on his team, making them want to follow his lead and perform with the same level of intensity.
Coby Jimenez Horizon High School Class of 2022
Another player who leads through pure effort, Coby is a must-add on this list. He is the type of player who stays motivated and energized when on the court, but also while cheering on his team from the bench. Coby understands how to make the best out of every second while on the court, never taking a single play off. Solid ball moving skills and tenacious defense makes him the perfect change of pace player that helps to keep the team firing on all cylinders.
