Village Christian Guard Jalen Higgins: We saw flashes of how good he could be last season and feel like he’s ready to take the next step. At about 6’5 with a wingspan and ability to shoot the ball, he has the tools to be successful.
Riverside(Williamston) Wing Avion Pinner: He’s coming of an injury and will look to show that he’s back and ready to show out. He’s been on the radar for many even as a 8th grader and seems to always keep a cool, calm and collected demeanor.
New Hanover HS Guard Maleec Myers: Last season he was one of the bright spots for a younger team that needed offensive production. He has tremendous end to end speed and is a player that seems to play the game with a bit of a chip on his shoulder.
Fayetteville Academy Guard Cinque Lemon: He’s already played multiple years of high school basketball and we are excited about him stepping in to FA as one of the leaders. Good size , skillset and the fact that he has played against high level competition during the summer only helps his case.
Terry Sanford G/F Davis Molnar: Don’t be surprised to see this young man have a big time season this year. He will take on more of a scoring role due to the departure and graduation of some starters from last season. Size, skillset and toughness are all things that make Molnar a special prospect.
Washington County Guard Omar Harris: We got the opportunity to see him last season as they made a nice run in the playoffs and he’s was a major part of that. At about 6’3 with nice strength and scoring ability, he’s a player that seems to make a consistently positive impact on games on both ends of the floor.
