On the 22nd, the Top 250 Expo will travel back to Virginia where it will take place at Riverbend High School. In anticipation of the upcoming expos in the area, we’re in the process of highlighting 30 prospects who benefited respectively from last year’s local showcases. Today, we take a look at 2022 forward Noah Batchelor of Glenelg Country.
PRE-CAMP
Despite not yet having stepped foot on a high school court, Batchelor had already emerged on the radar of the Prep Hoops Staff. He had been a standout on the grassroots circuit several times with Mid-Atlantic Select, and that’s where we were introduced to him. Batchelor was a prospect everyone was excited to see heading into last year’s event.
DURING CAMP
It didn’t take long for Batchelor to stand out at the camp. You couldn’t help but notice his unique blend of size and athleticism. Batchelor also made shots and set his teammates up while also doing his due diligence defensively.

POST-CAMP
Batchelor had some bright moments during his freshman campaign at Goretti. He continued to stand out on the grassroots circuit while playing up with 17U Mid-Atlantic Select. Batchelor has since transferred to Glenelg Country and looked really good playing with them at DMV Live. He’s currently tracking among the top prospects in this area regardless of class. Batchelor is already receiving invites to USA Basketball and certainly has a bright future.
