On the 22nd, the Top 250 Expo will travel back to Virginia where it will take place at Riverbend High School. In anticipation of the upcoming expos in the area, we’re in the process of highlighting 30 prospects who benefited respectively from last year’s local showcases. Today, we take a look at 2021 guard Devin Ceaser of St. Mary’s Ryken.
PRE-CAMP
Ceaser had built up a good reputation in the months prior to him attending last year’s event. He had a particular strong run of play on the grassroots circuit with 15U DC Premier. Ceaser also performed well at the Hoop Group Future All-American Camp where he celebrated his 15th birthday.
DURING CAMP
Not long after camp begun, Ceaser began to impose his will. He remained aggressive throughout the day and was one of the more productive players in attendance.

POST-CAMP
Ceaser would go on to have a good sophomore season at Ryken during which he gained valuable experience competing in perhaps the best league in the country. He continued to play a vital role for DC Premier, Ryken showed improvements as a team during summer league and this could be a sign of things to come. Ceaser is still yet to receive his first offer, but has gained interest from a host of division one programs. This time next year we believe he could become one of the most highly recruited local lead guards in his class.
