On the 22nd, the Top 250 Expo will travel back to Virginia where it will take place at Riverbend High School. In anticipation of the upcoming expos in the area, we’re in the process of highlighting 30 prospects who benefited respectively from last year’s local showcases. Today, we take a look at 2021 guard Aaron Jasper of St. Mary’s Ryken.
PRE-CAMP
We knew of Jasper coming into last year’s camp, but honestly didn’t know much about his overall game. One thing we were well aware of his how much his coaches raved about his work ethic and intangibles.
DURING CAMP
Jasper was one of the biggest breakout performers at last year’s event. He contributed in a variety of areas on both ends of the court but most importantly played together with his teammates. It did not take long to determine that Jasper would have a bright future.
POST-CAMP
During a challenging high school season, Jasper gained valuable experience which translated into a highly productive spring and summer. He is now part of a nice young core of guards at Ryken that should continue to turn heads moving forward.
