Conor Enright (Mundelein)
Previous Ranking: #36
Current Ranking: #24
Enright elevated his stock with a strong showing at the Ridgewood Live Event. His Mundelein squad is an up and coming young team that has a chance to breakout this season. He is a major reason why with his ability to run the show and hit shots.
Jalen Houston (Hyde Park)
Previous Ranking: #53
Current Ranking: #29
Houston continued his momentum from the spring into June and July. Dynamic ball handler with shifty moves made plays with Hyde Park during June and then in July he was explosive at the point for Young & Reckless.
Darrion Jones (Bogan)
Previous Ranking: #42
Current Ranking: #30
Jones is a powerful point guard with strength. Built like a running back and plays like it too. Burst through the hole of the defense and finishes in the lane consistently. He was outstanding at the Hard Work Finals leading his team deep in the tournament.
Ethyn Brown (Belleville East)
Previous Ranking: #81
Current Ranking: #37
Brown is a leader at the point that will be making the move over to Belleville East from Althoff for his last two years of high school. What impressed us most about his play during July was how he ran the show for the Southwest Jets getting all his weapons involved while still finding his spots to get his own points.
Noah Livingston (Casey Westfield)
Previous Ranking: #107
Current Ranking: #75
Livingston first put himself on our radar during the second half of the high school season with how well he scored at the small high school level. We didn’t see him in AAU, but caught him again at the Pure Sweat Back to School Camp where he went through a workout and looked good in an up and down setting. Plus shooter with crisp mechanics and is a better driver than we originally thought.
Michael Ousley (Springfield Lanphier)
Previous Ranking: #114
Current Ranking: #77
Ousley was very good for his travel team in Minnesota at the Hard Work Region Final. The central Illinois two guard was a smooth scorer off the bounce. Got to the rim with regularity. The rising junior also knocked down shots from the mid-range.
