The 16U All-Dakota First Team
Paul Bruns of South Dakota Attack (6’3 Guard, Dakota Valley). Big summer for Paul earning an Augustana offer, playing well at the MBCA and NCAA Basketball Academy camps and leading the Attack to the top spot in the 16u rankings.
Reece Burckhard of Pentagon Schoolers (6’8, PF/C, Aberdeen Central). Burckhard impressed at both football camps (Northern State is latest offer) and basketball events (North Dakota has offered) plus led the Schoolers to 23 wins in 28 games.
Jake Layman of South Dakota Attack (6’7 Forward, Sergeant-Bluff IA). Layman made a name for himself with the Attack this spring and summer drawing multiple D2 scholarship offers.
Jordan LeBeau of ECI Prospects (6’3 Forward New Town). Pound for pound Jordan was one of the most productive stat stuffers in the SPTS and any event ECI was in.
Will Obioha of ECI Prospects (6’4 Wing, Grand Forks Red River). Will entered the summer as the top prospect in North Dakota’s 2021 class and proved that his spot there is 100 percent safe.
The 16U All-Dakota Second Team
Tucker Large of Pentagon Schoolers (5’9 PG, SF Roosevelt). Large was tough, consistent, and made a very strong impression with a great summer of play.
Carson Lamp of ECI Prospects (6’0 Guard, Jamestown). ECI went deep into every event they were in playing 38 games this year and Lamp helped them secure 25 wins.
Jackson Hilton of Pentagon Schoolers (6’2 PG, Brandon Valley). Jackson’s potential continues to show as he has the chance to be the best of this 16u group of Schoolers players.
Sam Aslesen of Sacred Hoops Bertram (6’4 Guard, Howard). A tall, and lanky skilled player that can play multiple spots not just in basketball but a quarterback or second level playmaker on the football field.
Kelton Vincent of Pentagon Schoolers Vincent (6’0 PG, Sioux Valley). Scored nearly 18 a game for the Schoolers this year.
