Most know the top-tier players like DaRon Holmes II and Ty Ty Washington Jr but here are some under the radar players who saw their stock go up at least 10 spots in the rankings that will come out later this month. We didn’t rank too many sophomore players last year, so the list isn’t too big.
These 6 are flying up the rankings:
Grady Lewis PF/C 6’7 Sunnyslope
-Strong post player keeps improving every year. Bigs usually take the longest to develop and he made one of the biggest leaps in the class. Rebounds at a high level and is improving his offense.
Owen Shaw F 6’6 Arcadia
-Another who made a big leap up. Can face up from the 3 plus rip through and flush it.
Timothy “Ti” Cochrane SF 6’5 Williams Field
-Athletic point forward type can score it in transition and shoot it.
JJ White SG 6’3 Ironwood
-Strong on-ball defender and 3pt shooter. Classic 3 and D type is a very steady performer.
Jeffrey Goodere C 6’9 Estrella Foothills
-Another who is just scratching the surface where he will be. Can shoot it, has good length and rebounds.
Jose Miguel SF 6’3 Sequoia Pathway
-Very consistent shooter from the perimeter and has good length. Moves well without the ball and has a good motor to rebound.
