From the palm trees, the busy traffic, and bright lights of Los Angeles, to the dry heat and city that never sleeps that is Las Vegas. For some, Vegas is just a party or a weekend getaway. For Cory, it's the next step in a change of lifestyle to chase his basketball dreams.

Cory Curtis Jr. comes from View Park High School in Los Angeles, a charter school in the South region of Los Angeles off of Crenshaw. Trinity International Prep is located adjacent to Downtown Las Vegas. By transferring to Trinity Prep, Curtis actually returns to an area he once briefly lived in his childhood. "I moved to Vegas for the 5th and 6th grade, which is when I just started playing organized basketball so I'm pretty familiar with the weather. I'll miss home but I know not too many opportunities like this come around." speaks Cory Jr.

By enrolling at Trinity, Curtis will play alongside the #1 prospect from the class of 2020 in Daishen Nix. Corey averaged 24 points a game at View Park and brings outside shooting, instant scoring, and versatility to the Thunder, and looks to be the perfect floor spacer to put next to
