Samuel Bledsoe 6’2″ Charleston: The SEMO sharpshooter was one of the most impressive 3-point marksmen during the Elite Camp. He displayed a lot of confidence as he was pulling up from 25 feet to knock down shots and also coming off of screens with a quick release. I like how he has improved his ability to make plays off the dribble to compliment his shooting ability.
Justice Thoma 6’4″ Cape Notre Dame: The physical wing player was very productive on the offense as he used his strength and skill set to get to the basket and also knock down mid-range jumpers. His athleticism, physical strength and skill set made him tough to defend throughout the afternoon.
Justin Smith 5’11” CBC: A quick left-handed guard who made himself a big factor at both ends of the court. He is an excellent on-ball defender who can constantly pressure opposing ball handlers. He does a nice job with the ball as a penetrating guard who can knock down open 3-pointers off the catch.
Brant Bowers 6’2″ Rock Bridge: This young man had a very good productive month of July as he shot the ball from 3-point range at a high rate. He shot it quite well in the drills on Sunday and it carried over into the scrimmage. He did a good job of moving without the basketball and finding the open spots.
Ethan Worley 6’2″ Hillsboro: Solid guard who has a very high basketball IQ because he always seems to be around the ball or in the right place to make a play. He keeps the floor spaced with his movement and ability to shoot the ball from 3-point range. He handles the ball well and will find the open man on offense.
