Eric Northweather 6’8″ Mid-Mo Elite (Blair Oaks): Small school big who is very skilled and has a lot of mobility to go with it. He loves to run the court and was rewarded with many buckets in transition. He scored with both hands in the low post and also has a nice jump hook from out to five feet. His 3-point shooting has also come on strong which makes him a nice pick and pop threat. Several Division II schools were on hand for all of his games.
Kian Scroggins 6’7″ KC Run GMC (Raymore-Peculiar): A big-bodied post player who provided an excellent inside presence all weekend for the 17U championship team. The tough lefty knew how to use his body as well as the rim for reverse layups. He is strong and crafty around the basket and made many second and third effort plays. He just kept at it until he got the job done. He picked up Division II offers from Washburn and Missouri Southern after his productive weekend.
Mark Cann 6’5″ Team YOBO (Raytown South): A talented Stretch 4 who provided matchup problems with his versatility on the perimeter. Devion Harris 6’7″ Brad Beal Elite (Parkway Central): A solid power forward who had a productive weekend as he used his size and length to rebound and block shots. He played with good activity around the basket, but he has also improved on his ball handling and ability to attack the basket off the dribble.
Josh Butler 6’5″ Marcus Denmon Elite (Lee’s Summit West): A very solid forward who was an unsung player for a team that is full of talented guards. He is a strong rebounder who plays with a high motor and a lot of effort. He is also displayed a nice 3-point stroke and he also hit them at key moments of the game throughout the weekend.

He also put in some good work on the offensive boards and he also chased down loose balls and did a lot of other little things to help his team.
