5-Adriel Smith, 5’10, G, 2022, East, NLHA 15 Perez
A confident guard who showed the ability to create with his dribble and get around opponents. He brings good speed and can play as a point or scoring guard. He is an intelligent player and can spot opportunities before they happen in real time. Smith also showed a nice jump shot inside the perimeter.
55-Jack Hutchinson, 5’11, G, 2021, Topeka Hayden, SSA Elite Black 16U
A flexible wing/point guard who can finish shots off balance and get to the basket. One of the more acrobatic finishes of Saturday morning featured Hutchinson completely adjusting his layup through the air. He has the ability to run the show and can hit jumpers across the floor.
10-Devon Junghans, 5’9, G, 2021, Salina South, SSA Elite Black 16U
An impressive defender on the ball and an equally important ball handler for his offense. Junghans moves well with the ball in his hands and is good at creating enough room to make over-the-head passes and get his shot off against much taller opponents.
10-Jayden Hall, 5’9, G, 2021, Campus, Perry Ellis Elite 16U
Hall may be one of the smallest players on the floor but he can shoot and does so well. He shot a high percentage against Team Foe and was quick with his release. He played strong defense against taller players and primary ball handlers and was physical, strong and looked to get a hand on the ball.
1-Christian Williams, 6’0, G, 2021, Trinity Academy, Perry Ellis Elite 16U
An elusive guard who found edges and looked to go inside. Williams has a good bounce and the speed to get in the paint and the skill to finish plays. He connected from distance as well and showed excellent handles. He brings an edge to him on the floor and he plays bigger than his listed height.
