PJ King (Hoover)- King is only 5’10, but this kid does whatever is necessary for the his team to be successful. The point guard from Hoover stays under control, sees the entire floor, and makes winning plays on both ends. D2 and D3 programs should have King on their board.
Wren Cole (Danville)- Cole does it all for his team. The 5’11-6’ft point guard takes charges, sets up his teammates, and takes very good care of the ball. Cole plays with a high IQ and is a good 3 point shooter. D3 programs should be in contact.
Nick Bonifay (John Paul II)- Bonifay is a very good on ball defender. He has improved as a playmaker, and the 5’10 point guard can stroke it from deep. His status as a high academic student will have D2 and D3 programs keeping tabs on him.
Thaddeus Williams (Bessemer City)- Thad is a good athlete and excels in the open court. The 5’11 point guard from Bessemer City is very good at getting into the paint and to the rim. He has also shown the ability to knock down open jumpers. JUCO programs would be wise to track him this season.
Caden Pierce (Helena)- This kid is a warrior. Pierce plays extremely hard. He is not explosive or the most gifted athlete, but he makes winning plays. The point guard from Helena fights for lose balls, can score at all 3 levels, and competes on both ends. Pierce has the ability to make a team better.
