On the 22nd, the Top 250 Expo will travel back to Virginia where it will take place at Riverbend High School. In anticipation of the upcoming expos in the area, we’re in the process of highlighting 30 prospects who benefited respectively from last year’s local showcases. Today, we take a look at 2020 guard Joemel McNair of Eleanor Roosevelt.
PRE-CAMP
McNair burst onto the scene during the Capitol Hoops Summer League. He averaged 15 points, 6, rebounds and 3 assists per game which was good enough for All-Summer League Third Team.

POST-CAMP
McNair would proceed to have a very productive junior season. Some of his best games were against high-level competition. He scored a team-high 17 points against Whitney Young (IL) and had 12 points against Georgetown Prep including two clutch threes. McNair was also named to the All-Tournament Team at the Severna Park Holiday Tourney. He recently transferred to Eleanor Roosevelt. McNair is a huge addition for the defending state champs as they look to regroup and make another run.
