In Minnesota we don't always have "second teams" by the definition of the word but we do have teams that may not get the same attention as another.  Here is our "2nd to None All-17u Team" honoring several talented Minnesota kids. 

First Team

Miles Mendes

Agwa Nywesh of Heat West (Austin). First Thought: Nywesh is going to be a very good player at the D2 or D1 level some day, some way.  Love him trapping the ball and attacking in transition. 

PJ Hayes of Comets DLR (Waconia). First Thought:  Hayes is a player that a college program is going to enjoy drawing a set for and watching him knock out jumpers with a confidence. 

Austin Wetter of Comets DLR (Monticello). First Thought: I continue to believe that Austin Wetter is going to be that guy that has strong numbers across the board and will instantly find a role helping in some way at the next level. 

Miles Mendes Grassroots Sizzle (Taylor Made Prep). First Thought: Explosive?  We all were well aware of that.  But Miles followed a 4-5 bucket a game season for Farmington with a
