Khalid Price 5’10 PG 2019 Mountain Pointe (Legion of Hoops 17U White)
Price was without a doubt the most productive Arizona guard at the West Coast Elite Summer Classic. At one point, prior to being subbed out of the game, he had either scored or assisted on 28 of his teams first 35 points. Price shot the lights out of the gym while being a savvy playmaker for his teammates. Further, he is an elite on-ball defender.
Tyson Legner Tyson Legner 6'2" | SG Rancho Solano Prep | 2020 State AZ 6’2 PG 2020 Rancho Solano (Powerhouse 17U Red)
Legner is not the ball dominant guard with Powerhouse 17U Red that he is for Rancho Solano. With that said, he made good decisions with the basketball and made an impact in an array of ways. He filled up the stat sheet and plays the right way. While others rely on shooting to dictate their performance, Legner does all the things that no one else is willing to do in order to ensure the success of his team.
Robert Jenkins 5’9 PG 2021 Paradise Honors (Powerhouse 16U Red)
Jenkins has a nice shift to him. While he is undersized, he seemed to constantly find ways to get into the paint and make plays. He has a good change of pace and direction. Further, he does not over dribble in order to get to his spots. Once he gets to where he wants to get to, he makes the right reads. He makes his teammates better and is a solid PG on a high school team that looks to be extremely stacked this upcoming season.
Jarren Neal 6’2 SG 2019 Desert Edge (Team Phoenix Elite 17U)
Neal is a skilled athlete. He played a lot of 2 for Team Phoenix Elite and provided the majority of their scoring. He shot the basketball well from deep and showed an improved ability to put the basketball on the floor. He is still raw in a lot of areas and has work to do in order to land somewhere as an unsigned senior. However, he showed that the potential might be there for him to play at the next level.
Donovan Castro Donovan Castro 6'0" | PG Millennium | 2020 State AZ 6’0 2020 Millennium (Powerhouse 17U Red)
Castro does not do anything flashy. However, he is in control of the tempo of the game and makes solid plays. He puts his teammates in spots where they can be successful. Further, he does not dominate the basketball and is solid on the defensive end of the floor. He has a high basketball IQ.
