Will Liddell 2022 AAO Flight wing
I get to see Will Liddell in action a lot, but I never get tired of his explosive shooting performances. Liddell stands about 6-foot-2-inches and is an automatic shooter from 3-point range. Liddell hits a high percentage of his shots and can single-handedly bury a team in a matter of possessions when he finds his stroke from the catch.
Justice Jones 2022 BTR guard
Justice Jones was a deadly weapon for BTR in Oklahoma City. Jones’s shot release was one of the quickest I’ve seen as he torched the opposing defenses on the catch and from the dribble. Jones, who plays at Putnam City West (Oklahoma City, Okla.) will be a sophomore to watch in the OKC-area basketball scene next year.
Ajani Jamison 2022 Team Buddy Buckets East guard
Sophomore guard Ajani Jamison has exceptional size for shooting the ball at his age. Jamison stands at 6-foot-4-inches, allowing him to release the ball high over opposing defenders. I was impressed by his selection as well as how quick he got the ball out at The Finale.
Kevin Parker 2022 Missouri Flight White wing
Kevin Parker shot the ball well from both long- and mid-range. He can create his own shot from the dribble and releases the ball exceptionally fast as to keep defenders from blocking his shot.
Gabe Seat 2022 Team Griffin point guard
Sophomore standout Gabe Seat has had an outstanding summer for Team Griffin to this point as a catch-and-shoot archer from deep range. The Finale was no exception for Seat, who made the event his stage last weekend, taking aim and firing away incredibly quickly out of the catch.
