Richard Black IIIRichard Black III – Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill) – Team Loaded 704 McDonough
Black 5’11 will be a new addition to the Palmetto State this coming fall. Black attended Northside Christian last season where he averaged 9 ppg. Black was able to get the ball into the gaps and make plays on the offensive end of the floor.
[player_tooltip player_id="930632" first="Olyn" last="Knox"]Olyn Knox Olyn Knox 6'8" | PF Keenan | 2022 State SC – Blythewood HS – Team Loaded 704 McDonough
Knox seems to keep getting better every time we see him play. Knox played last month for the Bengals at the NCAA Evaluation Camp in Columbia. Knox 6’6 was all over the floor today with great wingspan and effort on the glass. Knox runs the floor extremely well and still must finish better at times.
[player_tooltip player_id="930619" first="EJ" last="Huffman"]EJ Huffman EJ Huffman 6'5" | PF Conway | 2022 State SC – Conway HS – Team Wall Southeast 2022
Huffman just keeps producing this summer inside the paint. Huffman was recording double doubles in all 4 games for Team Wall Southeast 2022 so far this weekend according to Head Coach Justin Johnson. Huffman really thrives inside the paint around the cup. Huffman plays the game very aggressive and should see even more minutes this season for the Tigers and Head Coach Mike Hopkins.
[player_tooltip player_id="837337" first="Tae'jon" last="Myers"]Tae’jon Myers Tae’jon Myers 6'1" | CG River Bluff | 2022 State SC – River Bluff HS (Lexington) – Team Wall Southeast 2022
Myers has played well in the opening 2 days of the Summer Havoc. Myers really likes to use a nice mid-range pull up jumper (bit of a lost art). Myers seems to be best from around the 12-15 feet area on his game. Myers attended Gray Collegiate last season and this school year he will be headed to River Bluff HS.
Luke Bracey Luke Bracey 6'6" | PF Rock Hill | 2022 State SC – Rock Hill HS – Upward Stars York County (pictured on the front)
Bracey has really thinned down some it looks like and is moving quite well around the court. Bracey #2 ranked kid in the Palmetto State 2022 class was very productive finishing and getting to the foul line. Bracey is also a very solid football prospect and has garnered a lot of interest already on the gridiron.
[player_tooltip player_id="650205" first="Russell" last="BrunsonJr."]Russell Brunson Jr Russell Brunson Jr 6'1" | CG Calhoun County | 2022 State SC – Calhoun County HS (St Matthews) – Upward Stars Columbia 15
Brunson Jr a left-handed guard is going to be a good one for the Saints and legendary Head Coach Zam Fredrick. Brunson Jr isn’t afraid to shoot the ball all over the floor. Brunson Jr. really likes to play and up-tempo like any typical Saints guard in the past. Brunson Jr. saw good minutes and is a future building block for the Saints in Class 2A.
