They use him as a spot up knockdown shooter but also as a creator as many Oklahomans know he can do. Walker is averaging 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists through the first three games. The Texas Titans are 3-0.
Team Griffin 16U dropped a tough overtime game by one to Pro Skills. In a game that was filled with what ifs, Griffin will have to move on and focus on today’s matchup with MOKAN for a spot in the Elite 8.
It was the KJ Adams show for Griffin as he dropped 31 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists. The stats really don’t do it justice. Adams was unreal. When he had his mind made up he was going to get to the basket and finish forget about it. The physical strength of Adams mixed with his improved ball skills have made him a major problem.
The loss puts Griffin at 1-1 on the weekend.
Griffin faces MOKAN today at 11AM Central.
