Johnathan DeJurnett  (Lausanne) experienced a wonderful bump in recruiting and aggression in the last six or seven months.

The 6-foot-7 forward has three D1 offers.

"VMI, Campbell, and Southern Illinois-Edwardsville," shared Lausanne Head Coach Marvis Davis.   Right now DeJurnett is looking at adding more offers.  "Ole Miss invited him to elite camp.  Vandy invited him to elite camp."

Morehead State Assistant Coach took a few minutes to watch DeJurnett at the NCAA Basketball Academy-Midwest.

What level is the MVC specifically?  Though the MVC features zero Tennessee colleges, their teams often recruit Memphis-area players.

Antonio Thomas (Ridgway/Memphis East) begins his freshman season with Bradley University.  Part of the recruitment of Thomas was helped by BU senior star and fellow Memphis-native Darrell Brown (Germantown). Tyreke Key (Clay County) is an impact player for the Indiana State Sycamores.  After starting his career with Eastern Kentucky University, Dedric Boyd (Haywood) now suits up for Illinois State.  After transferring from Panola College, Eric McGill will be a senior for Southern Illinois
