These are the players that I think everyone should be watching very closely, going into the next live event! Live Period Dates: July 11th-14th/July 23rd-28th
Kyree Walker 6’5 2020 G Hillcrest Prep/Dream Vision
If you’ve got a chance to see Kyree Walker play and you don’t take advantage of it, you’re disrespecting the game. He is so fun to watch and is one of the top 2020’s in the nation. The kid has a long list of big time offers and has every media outlet buzzing. I’d recommend watching him if you’re a fan, player, parent, coach, media, etc.
Dalen Terry 6’6 2020 G Hillcrest Prep/Compton Magic
Terry is one of my favorite prospects in the country. He is very tall/long at the guard position and runs the game so well. He is a true floor general and has elite court vision as well. He is very fun to watch and also has a long list of offers, like his Hillcrest teammate Kyree Walker.
Evan Nelson 6’2 2020 G Salpointe/PHH Rise
Nelson is one of the hottest guards on the west coast and has blown up within the last month. He’s received a ton of offers within that time frame and I think the ball is just going to keep on rolling for him. I expect him to receive a couple more big time offers by the end of the AAU season.
Dominic Gonzalez 6’3 2020 G Ironwood/Factory
Gonzalez has gotten so much better in such a short amount of time. He has always been a great shooter but now he’s turned into an elite scorer all around. He can easily drop 20 points without breaking a sweat and I think he is prime to receive his first D1 offer here very soon.
Tay Boothman 6’0 2020 G Buckeye/PHH Rise
Boothman should see a big increase in his minutes for PHH Rise. Alem Huseinovic is playing for his Bosnian National Team and Dayton Harris has committed to NAU. This should clear up a lot of minutes for high energy guard, Tay Boothman. I think he will capitalize on these minutes and earn himself a scholarship offer or two playing on the UAA Rise Circuit.
