MVP | TRAY ALEXANDER | 5’8 PG | CROWN/CANTERBURY (CT) ’20
Alexander was the straw that stirred the drink for Crown basketball throughout this weekend. His ability to get downhill and consistently set up his teammates for easy looks was commendable. On the defensive side, Alexander was a pest on the ball and used his quickness to make things difficult for opposing ball-handlers.
ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM
JASON EDOKPAYI | 6’6 F | NEW WORLD/MT. ST. JOE ’20
Edokpayi was a consistent producer and a reliable presence in the front court for New World, who made it to the final four.
MAX EDWARDS | 6’4 G | PHD/BUNNELL (CT) ’20
Edwards was probably the best player in this division and helped lead his team to a signature win over Team Takeover.
JORDAN HAWKINS | 6’5 G | TEAM DURANT/DEMATHA ’21
Hawkins looked like the best player on a very talented Team Durant group that made it to the final four before losing to the eventual champs.
LANCE JOHNSON | 6’6 F | NOVA CAVS/FREEDOM-SR ’20
Johnson consistently impacted the game offensively for the Nova Cavs with his size and inside-out scoring ability.
JARRELL WHITE | 6’3 F | CROWN/BELLPORT (NY) ’20
White took over down the stretch of a hard-fought championship game with his physical play in the paint and relentless motor.
