NBA Stylistic Comparison: 2013 Clippers Matt Barnes
College Projection: NAIA
Bryson Smith posted a very strong lane agility time. Few campers met him with sub-12.0 second times. Smith used this change of pace and change of direction expertly during scrimmage and the All-Star Game.
The hands of Smith measured bigger than any other camper. The handspan of 10.5″ exceeds the NBA average! For point of comparison, Byrson’s hand is exactly the same size (length and span) as recent University of Tennessee player Grant Williams.
On the court, Bryson is always around the basketball. He attacks the offensive glass, runs the floor better than most, and prides himself on devoted defending. Bryson showed off exceptional endurance.
During the All-Star Game, which he made easily, Smith exhibited plenty of leftover energy. Perfect glue guy at D2 level. Eventual starter for NAIA.
