Grant Warren (2021) – Carolina Forest HS – Big Shots Elite South Carolina 2021 (pictured on the front)
Warren was on fire in the opening game on Sunday morning. Big Shots Elite South Carolina 2021 was playing with just 5 guys and came out with the victory. Warren finished the game with 23 points and several three pointers. Warren won’t overwhelm with you athleticism but he tends to be a efficient shooter from the floor.
Cody AppletonCody Appleton (2021) – St Paul’s (Concord, NH) – Confidence Cougars
Appleton was making a return to the Grand Strand after playing this past season at St Paul’s in Concord, NH. Appleton played a few years here on the Grand Strand at St James HS (Murrells Inlet) and Low Country Prep (Pawleys Island) before making the move up to the NEPSAC. Appleton reclassified into the 2021 class. Appleton has been playing the Grassroots season with Mass Elite.
Appleton has looked to filled out some body wise in the past year. Appleton has really improved his ball handling skills and has a quick shot release especially off the catch.
Brodie ClarkBrodie Clark (2021) – Scotland County Christian (Laurinburg, NC) – Team Wall Southeast Premier
Clark came on strong this weekend and plays his best basketball off the ball. Clark plays just across the border at a small school in Laurinburg, NC. Clark comes off screens very well and has a quick release on his shot.
Shakeem White (2020) and Shaquielle White (2020) – West Florence HS – Carolina Dream Team
The White brothers both stand 5’8. The duo love to let it fly from downtown when given the opportunity. The duo will look to get more playing time this coming season with the Knights, The duo helped their Carolina Dream Team score 117 points in a game on Saturday. Shaquielle scored 28 points in the game while Shakeem dropped 23 points on 7 three pointers.
