Westover HS Guard Isaiah Bridges: He has a physique that looks like he’s spent some time on a college campus already and he is continuing to become more comfortable at Westover as this will be his 2nd year. He can score the ball and facilitate but his greatest strength may be his ability to be a natural leader on the court. He’s constantly talking and is a coach on the floor for his teammates, solid overall prospect.
Athens Drive & Juice All-Stars Guard AJ Thompson: He’s proven himself as a prospect and player especially over the last few months as he has been outstanding with his AAU squad. About 6’4 with a long wingspan he’s a bigger guard which only helps his ability to see over defenders to make plays for himself and others. He’s already picked up interest at multiple college levels and is one to keep an eye on over the next few months.
Piedmont Classical Guard Jalen Joiner: He had a solid showing with Team Wall SE and is a player that colleges that are looking for a bigger guard that can facilitate will like. He’s shown the ability to run the show as well as play off the ball and score during the spring and summer. His high school squad will be loaded next year so it will be interesting to see which role he takes but we like him as an overall prospect.
Terry Sanford & Big Shots Jay Hickman: One of the better shooters that we got the chance to see during the spring and summer sessions , he’s on tap for a big time senior season at Northwood Temple. He’s shown that he can play on and off the ball but is especially efficient when placed in catch and shoot three point situations.
Salem Baptist Forward Zach Shumate: Recently he announced that he will be transferring from HPCA and headed to Salem Baptist, the 6’7 Forward has played well over the last few months and will be one to keep an eye on. He looks good in pick and roll situations , can rebound the ball well and has a nice overall skillset.
Greenfield School & WBC Elite Forward Trey Pittman: The first attribute that you have to like about him is that he is a winner. He’s understands what it takes to win games and doesn’t have an issue with whatever role he is asked to play. Skillset wise he is an impressive player , he can knock down outside shots, play inside the paint, and is efficient with the touches he gets.
