Kolten Griffin 6’4 St Joe Lafayette: The versatile forward was the best offensive rebounder in the Camp. I love how he attacks the glass for outback buckets. He is a tough matchup for defenders with his ability to attack the rim off the dribble. He is strong and athletic.
Josh Butler 6’5 Lee’s Summit West: A very athletic combo forward who had an impressive day in the three games on Friday. He displayed solid handles and the ability to finish. He is a versatile defender with his length and athleticism and he also had some explosive plays in transition.
Lyndell Hunt 6’4 Confluence Prep: An active and explosive combo forward who is tough for bigger defenders to deal with with his driving and finishing ability at the rim. He was also excellent in the transition game where he can get out and throw down dunks.
Riley Naeger 6’7 St Pius: It was my first chance to see this Jefferson County post in action and I was impressed with his overall skill set. The big lefty can score in the post and he can get it off the dribble with a nice spin move. His passing skills from the high post and out of double teams are excellent.
Elisha Haynes 6’4 Lee’s Summit West: A very active Como forward who plays with a high motor at both ends. He runs the court in transition and stays active on the boards and makes plenty of hustle plays.
Evan Worley 6’7 Hillsboro: A skilled post who is thin but he can more than hold his own around the basket. He has a nice shooting touch in the post and he can extend it out to beyond the 3-point line.
Tysen Brennan 6’5 Lee’s Summit West: A solid Stretch 4 who has the ability to knock down 3 pointers off the catch and keep the floor spaced on offense. He is also a very willing rebounder who keeps moving and working.
