McIntosh is a solid shooter, having averaged 17 points per game with Saginaw High School and close to the same during the grassroots season with The Program. He’s developed the ability to drain jumpers off the dribble and off the catch. He can draw defenders and dish off to open shooters. McIntosh is a great defender as well. He sits low to the ground and stays in the stomach of his opponent.
Freddie McIntosh knows that improvement and experience will be critical in becoming the best player he can be. He’s currently focused on improving his jumping and vertical. McIntosh is a seasoned veteran when it comes to prep basketball. He considers having 4 triple doubles last season and averaging 20ppg in the state playoffs, his best moments in the game so far. McIntosh is looking forward to playing against Ypsilanti Lincoln next season. He likes the challenge of facing the defending stare champs and looks forward to playing the team that everyone is talking about.
