Perry-Lecompton 2020 forward Blake Farmer is making a case for himself as one of the state’s most underrated big men after a strong spring running with Grindstand Elite on the grassroots circuit.
At 6’7, Farmer brings defensive intensity to the floor and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help his team win.
As a junior, Farmer averaged 13 points, 5.4 rebounds and shot 56 percent from the field and helped Perry-Lecompton finish 23-2 overall last season, including a third-place finish at the Class 3A state championships.
“We had a good year,” Farmer said.
