Yes, they will be young, but that is not the worst thing the world with the talent they have on the roster. We will get to see JJ White carry the load as the go-to guy for the very first time. He is coming off quite the spring could it be a launching pad to success? We shall see. I like the young talent they have because it features talent at each position.
JJ White 2021 Norman North Point Guard
This is the year for JJ White to make his statement known to the state. He is starting to get D1 interest. The big reason why is the way he scores the basketball so smooth from all three levels, especially from three-point range. White has improved as an on-ball defender. The biggest challenge for this upcoming high school season for White is going to be all eyes are on him from his younger peers. As he leads Norman North will follow.
Aiden Walker 2021 Norman North Forward
Walker is the ultimate glue guy for the Timberwolves. As a mismatch four-man Walker is quicker than the players guarding him. The grit and toughness Walker has about him help him to finish inside well against bigger guys. What makes Walker an impact player is his nonstop hustle on the court. Walker is going to be a good small college prospect in the Oklahoma 2021 Class.
Kayden Carter 2021 Norman North Forward
Next year the Timberwolves will need Carter to be a rebounding machine alongside Walker in the paint. In college, he projects to the four spot with his size around 6’5 and athleticism. He was super bouncy and finished well around the basket. He even showed that he can stretch
Caelin Hearne 2021 Norman North Wing
The build of Hearne instantly stood out on the court. He gives Norman North strength to defend and score off the drive from the Wing spot. He will be very intriguing to keep an eye on.
Daniel Worthing 2021 Norman North Wing
He looked like an elite shooter from distance at OU Team Camp. If a shot went up off his hands you felt as if it was going in. This is a role player who could really help Norman North.
