Ian Sluice 2021 Metro Christian guard
Ian Sluice is an athletic scorer who moves well with the ball in his hands and is comfortable transporting the rock towards the basket. Sluice shot the ball well from deep last weekend as well, making him one of the more versatile scorers at the camp. Sluice has been one of the more underrated players in his class to this point and is ready to make his mark.
Trent Ellison 2021 Owasso combo (pictured above)
Trent Ellison had a phenomenal weekend in Stillwater, including a 31-point performance on the second day. He’s fast out of the dribble and can create his own shot with ease. You can’t leave him with space from the wing as he can knock down the outside shot. Ellison was also one of the more tenacious players on the defensive end of the floor as well.
Jarrett Birdwell 2021 Kingfisher forward
It’s no secret that the defending State Champions were in need of some roster replenishment after graduating three of its starters. Jarrett Birdwell is exactly what the Yellowjackets needed at the post. Birdwell is an explosive, versatile scorer who lends Kingfisher an advantage on the offensive end of the floor. He also moves especially well without the ball in his hands, never giving the defense a break in the post.
Daylon Andrews 2021 Putnam City West point guard
Few players shot the ball as well as Putnam City West floor general Daylon Andrews last weekend in Stillwater. Andrews was fearless when trying his hand at deep shots and his team benefitted from it. After stretching the floor with that shooting, Andrews took advantage of the mid-range game that he set up. Defensively, Andrews was fantastic at shutting down opposing ball-handlers on the perimeter.
