Along with Hodges, who was at Westmoore last season, sophomore sharpshooter Ethan Scott went from a Jaguar to a Bronco this summer and is already making a big impact for his new squad.
Ethan Scott 2022 point guard
It’s no secret that Ethan Scott is one of the most elite young shooters in Oklahoma. The 5-foot-11 sophomore is always a threat to score whether it be from brining the ball up the floor or catching the ball on the deep wing. Because of the way Scott stretches the floor with highly-efficient shooting, Mustang is able to have more inside success.
Jacob Henderson 2022 forward
Jacob Henderson took up many of the cleanup responsibilities for the Broncos, and his play was a huge addition to their production. Henderson is athletic, has good footwork, rebounds and passes well from the post. His play proved valuable in allowing Mustang to have second-chance opportunities, giving his shooters comfortability on the perimeter to take the shots they liked.
Jacobe Johnson 2023 wing
Jacobe Johnson, just a freshman for the Broncos, had an immediate impact in Stillwater. In many ways, he was the tipping point for defenses trying to manage all of Mustang’s scorers. The wing shot the ball well from the catch and is an athletic character who can drive into the lane and draw fouls.
Cade Schroeder 2020 wing-forward
Cade Schroeder adds tenure to the Broncos. The senior wing does just about everything pretty well. He scores the ball well from inside and mid-range and makes plays on the drive. He is a high-iQ player who gives excellent effort and can be a big scorer, rebounder, defender and 28-minute-type of athlete.
