Larry Hughes, Jr. 6’5″ CBC: The smooth shooting wing was one of the most impressive 3-point shooters at the John Burroughs event. He displayed excellent range on his shot and he complimented it with a nice one-dribble pull up from the mid-range area. Like his father, former NBA player Larry Hughes, young Larry is long and bouncy and even through down a couple of impressive dunks.
Kristian Davis 6’2″ Christian-O’Fallon: A versatile bucket-getter who had some excellent games at the Lindenwood Team Camp. He displayed a feathery touch from 3-point range and he did it off the catch and with the dribble. His handles were good and he scored on some tough takes to the basket.
Damien Mayo 6’2″ Chaminade: A physical young wing player who got many varsity minutes as a freshman last season. He is strong and has the ability to get to the basket and finish through contact. He also displayed an excellent jumper from the mid-range area.
Nick Kramer 6’3″ SLUH: The talented young wing player with a strong body was very good at John Burroughs with his consistent perimeter shooting and passing. I liked how he moved without the basketball as he ran the passing lanes and also knocked down jumpers off the pick and pop. He plays with a lot of poise and confidence.
Ryan Schwendeman 6’3″ St. Dominic: A solid young wing with good size and a nice perimeter stroke. He also has a lot of hustle in his game when it comes to rebounding and chasing loose balls.
Christian Branson 6’5″ Mehlville: Young wing player who emerged with some strong performances at Lindenwood last weekend. He has good size and an excellent stroke from 3-point range.
