Omarion Henry 6’6″ Normandy: An explosive combo forward who is starting to emerge as an excellent prospect in the class. He attacks the rim off the dribble and threw down some impressive and resounding slam dunks. He rebounded the ball well and blocked his share of shots. He creates matchup problems with his athleticism and versatile game.
Sam Thompson 6’9″ Francis Howell: The standout and skilled big was excellent at the Lindenwood Team Camp as he continues to emerge as one of the top forwards in the class. He is a very capable low post threat, but his overall offensive game is very good as he passes well, handles the ball and knocks down perimeter jumpers. Division I schools should definitely be on this young man’s trail.
Shawn Riley 6’7″ O’Fallon: The long, athletic forward was active and very productive at Lindenwood. He runs the court well and scored many buckets in transition. He is a tough matchup because of his mobility and the fact that he is left-handed. He also rebounded and blocked shots well.
Jalen Hampton 6’5″ University City: A very explosive combo forward who was very comfortable facing the basket and taking his bigger defenders off the dribble. He had several big finishes at the rim, which came off a quick first step. He attacked the boards aggressively on both ends of the court.
Jonathan Dunn 6’6″ Hazelwood Central: A physical young post player who had some explosive moments around the basket at John Burroughs during the weekend. He is a strong finisher in the paint and he had the dunks to prove it. He is an excellent rebounder on both ends and he got out and ran the court very effectively.
Quentin Hall 6’6″ McCluer North: An improving young post player who plays with a lot of effort and gets the results. He is an excellent rebounder who got many tough buckets in the paint. I also liked his hustle as he ran the court and got involved in the transition game.
Shelton Flanigan 6’5″ Miller Career Academy: An active young post who loves to rebound, rebound and rebound. He has solid moves around the basket and he is gradually improving his perimeter skills.
