The Pangos All American Camp is an annual camp where the top prospects in the nation regardless of class come and compete in front of NBA personell. This year’s camp features a plethora of NBA scouts from teams like the Golden State Warriors, Toronto Raptors, Boston Celtics, San Antonio Spurs, OKC Thunder, LA Clippers, Utah Jazz, and more are expected to spectate the future of the league.
Many NBA alumni have participated in the same camp in the past. Guys like Aaron Gordon, John Wall, Bradley Beal, Anthony Davis, Russell Westbrook, Ben Simmons, Harrison Barnes, Brandon Jennings, and others have participated in the past. This year’s camp is loaded once again and 2020 PG Deivon Smith out of Grayson High School is the lone Georgia prospect out there representing.
The 6-foot-0 point guard has earned his respect over the last nine months or so. With his dynamic play on the floor, Deivon is one of the top breakout prospects nationally and will continue to rise his stock throughout the summer. He has been running with the Atlanta Celtics in the Adidas Gauntlet this spring, leading them to a 12-3 overall record in league play. Smith has already opened multiple eyes after one night at the Pangos All American Camp and will look to continue to shine throughout the weekend.
