TOP PERFORMANCES
DARREN GREEN | 6’3 F | SPRINGBROOK ‘20
Darren Green was excellent for Springbrook in their comeback win over TC Williams. He is a slasher who is adept at paint getting and finishing in traffic as a result of his impressive body control.
AARON JASPER | 6’2 G | RYKEN ‘21
One thing that continues to stand out about Aaron Jasper is his tremendous feel for the game. Jasper can control the game without scoring, but he also knows when to be aggressive within the flow of the offense.
STEFAN MARCELLE | 6’5 F | GEORGETOWN PREP ‘22
Stefan Marcelle is a fundamentally sound big man who made his presence felt on both ends of the court today. Defensively, he is a disruptive and active rim protector. Marcelle gets easy buckets by running the floor and using his soft hands to catch and finish in traffic.
BENNY WILLIAMS | 6’8 F | SAES ‘21
Benny Williams knocked down his first two jumpers and got into a pretty good rhythm offensively this afternoon. He continues to make an impact on the boards but is starting to assert himself and attack the basket with some fight.
GERALD YOUNG | 5’10 G | WILSON ‘20
Perhaps the top overall performer of the day, Gerald Young willed his team to a two-point win. He not only hit the game winning shot and scored 33 points, but also rebounded exceptionally well and drew a couple of charges.

STANDOUTS
DEVIN CEASER | 6’0 G | ST. MARY’S RYKEN ‘21
We’ve been raving about Devin Ceaser for quite some time now, and hopefully you’ve been paying attention. He definitely still has to learn how to change speeds and control the game better, but that should come with experience.
DAOUDA DEMBELE | 6’5 F | SPRINGBROOK ‘21
Daouda Dembele was one of the best defensive prospects we saw at Summer League today. The long-limbed and broad-shouldered forward is almost as effective defending on the perimeter as he is in the post because he has quick feet and gives max effort at all times.
ABRION SEWELL | 5’9 G | GEORGETOWN PREP ‘22
The future is looking bright for Abrion Sewell. He’s a downhill-type guard who can rebound and initiate the fast break with his court vision. Sewell is just as effective at controlling the half-court offense by getting his team organized and in position.
JAHARI SIMON | 6’2 G | ELEANOR ROOSEVELT ‘20
Jahari Simon was the best shooter we saw in the gym today. He knows how to move without the ball and sets his feet quickly before getting into his shot. Simon also gives impressive energy defensively both on the ball and in help side.
GAME OF THE DAY | RYKEN VS. ER
This was one of the hardest fought games we’ve seen at summer league in recent memory. Ryken blitzed Roosevelt and got out to a 24-4 start, but the Raiders fought back and eventually took the lead. Quinton Mincey had a tremendous second half and Olumide Lewis had some very nice moments as well, but Jules Bikoy hit several tough shots and showed moxie down the stretch as the Knights ultimately came out with the win.
